Mr. Grimstad is the Chairman of the Board of Tellu and the CEO of Karde AS. He holds a Cand. Real degree in informatics from the University of Oslo. He has a long career within ICT business and research. Until 1996 he worked as research director at the Norwegian Computing Centre interrupted by one year in the European Commission as a Project Officer. From 1996 to 2003 he worked as a Director for Systems Development and Electronic Services in Ergo Group (now Evry). In 2004 he established Karde AS. Tellu became the sister company of Karde in 2006. His main business interest is in the area of Internet of Everything, i.e. internet services combining people, things, data and processes.
Dr. Riitta Hellman is Research Director in Karde AS, a private innovation company. She holds a doctoral degree in user-centric information systems. Dr. Hellman has spent many years as a senior research scientist and research director at Norwegian research institutes. User involvement, UX and accessibility aspects for persons with cognitive decline, such as dementia, are her research interests and areas of expertise. Quality of life and wellbeing aspects for persons with memory decline are topics that are very close to her heart. Dr. Hellman has been the coordinator of two AAL JP projects (Mylife and PIA). She participated as an UX expert in the AAL JP Call 4 project T&Tnet and in the FP7 project POSEIDON. Currently, she works in the European AAL JP project Home4Dem.
Mr. Husa is Tellu’s Chief Technology Officer and he is one of the co-founders of Tellu. Mr. Husa holds an M.Sc. degree in computer science from NTNU and has several patents within internet technology and information security. Prior to working in Tellu, he was working in Ericsson with telecom service platforms and mobile e-commerce systems. Mr. Husa has deep knowledge in information, mobile and communication technologies. He has been working with many technology start-ups, among them Encap and Kahoot, where he was Chairman of the Board.
Mr. Melby is the CEO of Tellu AS. He is one of the co-founders of Tellu AS . Mr. Melby holds an M.Sc. degree in computer science from University of Agder. Before starting Tellu, he was the Research Manager in Ericsson Norway, where he has been leading the research work for service development and service platforms for the “Internet of Everything” from the beginning of 2000. Mr. Melby has specialist expertise in information, mobile and communication technology. His main business interest is in the area of Internet of Everything and cloud computing with focus on software architecture. He has extensive experience in development, project management and management of small and large businesses. He has been appointed as project evaluator for the Research Council of Norway, and he has been in reference and management committees for several research projects.
Mr. Reinertsen is one of the co-founders of Karde AS and Tellu AS. He has extensive strategic and operational management experience, serving in management roles as executive CIO in different businesses, and as director in top tier business entities within the ICT sector (consulting, outsourcing, innovation, software development, and ICT operation). He has a proven ability in providing top quality and cost effective ICT services to customers and partners, combined with expertise in project management and organisational development.
